DESCRIPTION

At present organizations have a major challenge as far as their employees participate in its future. And they can do it in two ways: proactively or reactively. In general, people in organizations like having a clear guidance about what to do and the objectives to achieve, but they also wish to have room to propose new projects and ideas valuable and different for the company. To manage these proactive teams may have a huge impact on the organization business since it allows that important ideas arise from any workplace. But how to get proactive employees?
