DESCRIPTION
When some product or service prototype must be evaluated, the Wizard of Oz’s game can be considered as a more dynamic, cheerful and representative option. Back to back to avoid any kind of nonverbal communication, the magician and the machine are sitting in front of the observers. The magician will perform all those operations considered as the typical of a client. In turn, the machine will respond to his requests, but only in those cases when these are expected and in the way they are. Then, the observers will be able to guess what actions are needed to be touched up as well as to improve their product’s focus.
