DESCRIPTION

The Marketing department was traditionally the one who established the 4P’s. (Price, Product, Promotion and Placement). Currently, the marketing department maintains that function, but due to the introduction of the 2.0 Web, the way that the Marketing department used to operate has become obsolete. This module will define the “2.0 Web” concept and its advantages as well as the profile description of a “Community manager”, his roles and his importance.
