DESCRIPTION
Essentially, talking about innovation means to talk about the extraordinary people’s inventiveness, so they are the protagonists of this type of activity in organizations. The company’s employees represent nowadays the most important asset for the organizations for what they work and, especially, their intellectual and creative talent. Therefore, it’s a common responsibility to make this talent grow and care for it so that it becomes the main source of new proposals and future in the companies.
