DESCRIPTION

Often, the company success is based on its ability to count on employees with creative thinking. This kind of thinking may be developed and there are some techniques and tools that make this easier. For that, it’s essential to know the mind’s mechanism and how it works so that creativity can be exploited. This module starts by developing the concepts of creativity and innovation to explain later the workings of the mind and its role in creative thinking. The second part of the module is founded on heuristics and through the module this concept is clarified and developed , establishing the 8 major heuristics to reinforce the individual's creative thinking.

 

LEARNING OBJECTIVES

  • The importance to the company of counting on employees with creative thinking. Given the fact that this kind of thinking can be developed,  the different  implications and principles that must be kept in mind to get it are explainned. The results will be:
    • To understand the creative process
    • To understand the barriers imposed by our minds to all that is different and to train ourselves to get a more creative thinking and be able to think differently
