DESCRIPTION

The most challenging issues of the Innovation are to have an idea and to make it successful. That is the reason why in this course we are going to show how ideas come from people and which actions the organization can implement in order to encourage the appearance of new ideas. In addition, we are going to explain the possible troubles that the organization should face, and also the most important concepts, supported by some organizational models related to “biomimetic”.
