When we talk about crisis, it is financial crisis what first comes to our minds. However, “crisis” covers a wider field, even more if we talk about organizational crisis. Organizational crisis affects the whole company, and that is the reason why they should be treated in a very special way. Many executives resign of their functions when they find themselves in such a situation, while others stay in the company and outline changes.
